(Monroe, LA) Mayor Friday Ellis, the Monroe City Council, and the City of Monroe will hold a press conference Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room in Monroe City Hall. Mayor Ellis will announce the outcome of the Cleanest City Contest.
